We use DPD parcel delivery service to provide our customers with the best possible delivery experiences. 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.recommerceit.co.uk. FREE Standard Delivery^* is included with all purchases, which is fully tracked and delivered within 3-5 working days. All orders made by (12 pm) are despatched on the same day. Any orders received after the 12 pm cut-off time are despatched on the next working day. Orders are not despatched on weekends or official United Kingdom bank holidays.

We endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible. Every device we sell is thoroughly checked prior to dispatch, to ensure that our quality standards are met. Any upgrades to your Laptop or Desktop that you have requested will take a little longer whilst our technicians fit them into your new device.  

Once your device has been dispatched ready for collection by our couriers, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email with a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect your order to arrive. Note: All Laptop & Desktop orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your device. 

Any orders made by Debit or Credit Card must have the same address entered for your Billing Address & Shipping Address. Any orders processed with different addresses, will be refunded and an alternative payment method requested.  

If you require the option to deliver to a different address to your Billing Address, please use either PayPal or Bank Transfer payment options at checkout.
